Calling all Carers!

Do you want to know more about Carers' Support Groups? If so read on... 

It is easy to become very isolated and lonely as the caring role slowly takes over your entire life.  A Carers' Group will enable you to meet other Carers, to talk with people in a similar situation and make new friends.  The focus of the group is on the Carers and their needs, not the disability of the person they care for.  They are both informative and fun.  Carers leave each meeting feeling brighter and generally more positive.
