Carers' Information Points

Do you look after someone who couldn’t manage without your help? Don’t know where to turn for advice, support and information?

Then why not come along to one of our Carers’ Information Points at your local Community Wellbeing Hub. We will talk to you about your situation, listen to any concerns you may have, and see what we can do to help.

If you can’t make it to one of the Hubs, please ring us on 01652 650585 – we will be pleased to hear from you.
