Personalisation Training


With support from North Lincolnshire Council, the Carers’ Support Centre will be running information and skills sessions for Carers about personalisation. The two sessions will concentrate on how the process works, where to access support and how to make the new system work best for the person you care for. The sessions will be relaxed and you will have the opportunity to share your experience with other Carers. Below are the time and dates for the next sessions. If you are unable to leave the person you care for, funding and support is available to help you organise alternative care. Travel costs can also be met.
