Operational Support Assistant
The Carers’ Support Service started providing support to unpaid Carers in North East Lincolnshire in April 2014. We are looking for an Operational Support Assistant to be part of our busy, dynamic and supportive team.
You will support the day to day running of the Carers’ Support Service by being the first point of contact for Carers, professionals and members of the public, both on the phone and face to face. The experience you provide will often be a Carers first experience of the Carers’ Support Service, so you will have excellent customer service and communication skills and an ability to make people feel welcome.
Your focus will be on ensuring every visitor to our building feels welcome and experiences a friendly and efficient service. Your post will also consist of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the services we provide.
Among other duties, you will manage a diary for room bookings and appointments, keep client records and public information up-to-date, administer petty cash and refer calls through to appropriate team members. You will need to be organised, efficient, have the ability to plan ahead and have good I.T skills, especially in word processing and using spreadsheets.
You will be an integral part of the team. You will learn about all aspects of the charity and be involved in its development.
If this sounds like the job for you, get in touch by calling 01472 242277 and ask for an application pack, or download the documents below.
PLEASE SEND COMPLETED APPLICATION FORMS TO: firstname.lastname@example.org

The Carers’ Support Service is an equal opportunities employer.
