Well-being Workshops - Coping with Stress, Anxiety, Declutter your Mind, Well-being Drop in.
We are able to offer a series of online workshops for carers aimed at building and maintaining well-being, good self-support and healthy minds.
CARERS DROP IN is a well-being drop in on July 29th from 2pm to 3.30pm. Bring a cuppa and drop in to chat with others on line
ANXIETY MANAGEMENT is aimed at those who suffer with anxiety and those who support people with anxiety. This well-being workshop is occurring twice on the 11th August at 10am to 12 midday and on the 2nd September from 1pm to 3pm
DECLUTTER YOUR MIND helps you to empty out unessential clutter – this is happening on 17th September from 5.30pm to 7.30pm
CARING AND COPING WITH STRESS – is on the 26th August 10.30am to 12 midday. 11th September 2pm to 3.30pm. and 5th October 10.30am to 12 midday. Carers stress is very real and we need all the support we can get to deal with stress.
STRESS MANAGEMENT – is on the 24th September at 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Once again stress and caring for others go hand in hand. Most of the time we simply get on with our caring role, defining it as ‘Its what I do’ without realising we are stressed and not managing it well.
Booking is essential – Please call on 01472 242277
