Our health and wellbeing activities give Carers a chance for some ‘me time’ enjoying a creative or fun activity and meeting other Carers. Past sessions include floristry workshops, mindful breathing, chocolate making and pottery.

We look forward to welcoming you back with our new programme from September onwards, which we’re currently working on.

Our friends at Thriving Carer have created a series of webinars that you can access in your own time.

Each video has subtitles and we can send Carers the presentations and resources sheet. Email us at info@carerssupportcentre.com
