We are looking for someone to lead our North Lincolnshire team and deliver a number of essential support services to Carers.

You will have the ability to work with and develop an established team. You will support the team in their pursuit of ensuring Carers in North Lincolnshire have the right information, advice, guidance and support at the right time. You will be keen on detail and driven to meet targets and KPI’s.

You will have an enthusiasm for supporting your team and developing their skills and abilities. You will be patient and understanding, and confident in your ability to make sometimes difficult but fair decisions.

You will work closely with the senior management team and have an influence on the strategic aims and objectives of the charity.

30 HOURS PER WEEK

SALARY £25,481 – £29,577 pro rata

We are looking for someone with a passion for helping people, with the drive to succeed and the determination to make sure the Carers in North Lincolnshire get the support they need when the person they care for is in Hospital.

You will work to ensure Carers are identified early and have the information and support they need to continue caring.

You will lead on our partnership working with the staff teams at Scunthorpe General Hospital, Great Oakes Hospital and the Hospice.

Your role will enable the staff working at the hospital to understand, support and work positively with Carers to achieve the best outcomes for them and the patient.

You will be:

  • An excellent communicator

  • Approachable at all times.

SALARY – ACTUAL: £17,581

SALARY – PRO RATA: £21,748
