Key Worker Vacancies
x1 Parent Carer Key Worker and x1 Dementia and Mental Health Key Worker
Both vacancies are 18.5 hours each with a salary of £20,279 pro rata based on 37 hours per week.
We are looking for friendly, caring and compassionate team players with a practical and solution focused approach to supporting people. We are a dynamic team and no day is the same when it comes to supporting North Lincolnshire’s Carers.
You will be organised and able to prioritise your workload. You will be able to think on your feet and draw on knowledge and experience to identify a Carers needs and provide information, advice and support to meet those needs. Full training will be provided.
You will play a key role in ensuring Carers can continue caring for their friends and family members safely and confidently. You will enable Carers to look after themselves and have a life of their own.
These roles require someone with drive and determination with an ability to work on their own initiative. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
